Evoleum highlighted their birch water product as a trending functional beverage at SIAL 2018. Thierry de Beaurepaire at the company note: “We see opportunities in Germany where people are very organic orientated and Asia too. We have identified a number of different sources and the highest quality is in Finland. So we have deals in place with Finnish forest management companies, to produce the sap. Then we ship this sap back to France, where we do our recipes and the bottling.”
