Pall presented a realtime PCR system for analysis. “By using the realtime PCR system [genedisk technology] is that you have the possibility for the detection and identification of several microorganisms in food and beverages, where we focus on microrganisms in food and beverages, but also in packaging, such as salmonella, listeria, pathogenic E. coli,” says Daniel Gerhards at Pall.
