Range Reformulation to Focus on Clean Label Trend

"Thai fish sauce is high in umami, I've been working on reformulating some of the products to meet with clean label requirements, which has been a massive area of focus for me," says Simon Barrett, the Chilli Jam Man. Barrett will be making his whole range of jams completely vegan and allergen free over the next 12 months.
